Last Friday we were invited to a dinner party of a mutual friend. We knew some old friends would be there, so we wanted to make a good impression : confident and approachable. Done!
S: Instantly I knew it was a jeans and top kind of look that I wanted. This is dressy, yet not over the top which is a look I always aim for. I went for my trusty blue jeans (GAP), beige vest top (H&M), brown cardigan (Joseph), navy blazer (Zara) and to top it off fur boots (All Saints). I felt confident and perfect for the occasion. I was ready for an evening of reminiscing!
W: I chose some staple black skinny jeans (gap) with a simple white shirt (uniqlo) and a statement chain necklace (banana republic). For shoes I went for a tiny wedge with leather fringing (maje). The shirt is pretty chic but at the same time the boots make the look more laid back which is what we were going for!
