Summer officially starts tomorrow.
In about 2 weeks we are going to the south of france and need a quick bikini tone-up!
This is an easy smoothie recipe, influenced by Madeline shaw, for a light and yummy breakfast.
Ingredients:
1 cup of Coconut Milk (good alternative to milk)
A handful of Frozen mixed Berries
A teaspoon of Coconut oil (great for your skin and metabolism)
Half a papaya (good for your skin too)
1 whole Banana
Throw them all into a flask/jug/blender and blend away!
And there we have it, your wheat and dairy free morning smoothie! Plus it tastes good too and is refreshing in this hot weather.
